Reviews and Ratings
I couldn't have asked for a better hotel location, being right in downtown close to everything I needed. The rooms were cozy, though there was a strange musty smell. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The dining experience was good overall, but with some room for improvement in maintaining the food options. The hotel facilities were well-kept and added to the overall pleasant stay.
The hotel has good and bad points. The rooms are a good size with a very comfy bed, but they smelled very musty, especially with a soccer team staying. The service is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who even assisted me with towel exchanges late at night; however, they couldn't give clear directions which led to some confusion. The location is a bit cramped for the number of guests, but it's close to the Champlain Mall and many restaurants. The dining experience was excellent, offering a good selection, but breakfast ending at 9 AM was too early for some. Overall, a decent place with ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, although there was a lingering smell of hockey gear and stale cigarette smoke. The service was friendly and efficient, although there was a slight hiccup with directions. The location was convenient for our needs, despite some noise disturbances on New Year's Eve. The dining experience was good considering the circumstances. The facilities met our basic needs.
